Tables are essential for competition organization. Administrators can define the styles that will be judged at a particular table, in what round the table will be utilized, and the location of the table (if more than one judging location is defined).
Admins can then assign available judges and stewards to those tables.
From the main Administration page: Expand the Organizing section; click "Tables" under the Manage/View heading

To assign judges and stewards to a table, participants must first be assigned to the available pool of judges or stewards.
To assign style categories to a table, there must be at least one entry in each category.
Tables cannot be assigned to multiple locations.
To group style categories together, defining where their associated entries will be physically judged.
Add or edit tables for competition judging.
