During or after judging, competition organizers can record the assigned score and place, if applicable, for each entry.
From this pool of scores, BCOE&M then determines which entry or entries move on to the Best of Show round. Administrators determine what place(s) move on by style type . For instance, only the first place entries for the Beer style type may move to the BOS round, but the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place from the Mead category move on.
Once all scores and places have been recorded, Administrators can then view the BOS round entries in preparation for it and print pullsheets for each style type.
After the BOS round, administrators can then enter the places and scores of each BOS entry and designate the overall places for each style type.
